形体芭蕾与专业芭蕾的区别
  形体芭蕾是由芭蕾延伸而来的。专业的芭蕾训练是很枯燥的,而形体芭蕾则以健身为目的,难度较低,它不要求腿踢多直,脚抬多高,做得多么规范,它只是教会你如何把芭蕾特有的那种优雅内涵融会到自己的生活方式中。而且从运动学角度讲,芭蕾的“开、蹦、直”三要素具有收缩肌肉纤维的功能,在动静结合的运动中有效地消耗多余脂肪,使人练后身材会变得更修长。因此虽然也有体力上的消耗,也是做运动,但它的动作更强调肌肉的耐力、身体的柔韧性,运动强度不是很大,一般人都能接受。
  

形体芭蕾的基本要领
  对于一位初学者而言,形体芭蕾的入门课程一般着重于提高学员的基本素质并调整他们的形体姿态。在简单热身后开始基本素质的训练,先从压腿开始。压腿其实并不只是为了舞姿的优美,而是它在健身方面还有许多好处,例如:它可以促进血液循环、可以减轻肌肉的疲劳感、可以塑造肌肉的线条等等。压腿属于静力拉伸,每次压过之后,还要进行动力拉伸(踢腿)的练习。由于踢腿是比较剧烈的动作,所以还有提高力量和减肥的效果。
